The integration group call takes place at the close of the program and offers space to pause, reflect, and integrate the experiences from the walks.
This session is an opportunity to come back together as a group, share reflections from the trail, and acknowledge the skills, confidence, and awareness built throughout the program.
The call will be hosted within "The Outdoor Woman" skool group, and is designed to gently close the experience, honouring both the journey taken and what each participant is carrying forward.
